What is your return/exchange policy?
If you received your order and you are thinner, taller, wider or rounder than you thought you were, we will happily accept returns for exchange or refund. In both cases the garment must be returned to us in the original, brand new, eye-poppingly beautiful condition that it was received.

Who pays for return shipping?
If you receive something other than what you ordered, we will refund the cost of standard USPS shipping upon receipt of the return. If you would like to return something because you changed your mind or you would like a different size, color, etc., we do not cover the return cost. We do, however, cover the cost of sending out the exchange item.

When will I see the refund on my account?
You will see PayPal refunds immediately on your PayPal account. However credit card refunds can take up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear back in your account. This may take up to 3 – 4 weeks, although it doesn’t usually take that long. If you still don’t see it after you receive your next bill, please let us know and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

What should I do if a product is defective?
Just take a picture of the defect and send it to our customer service at customer@greatteegifts.com stating whether you would like a refund or replacement.
